Remain a gallant soldier and remember your Allegiance to nation when they're commissioning you ~ Oyetola charged the newly recruited Army.

The Governor state of Osun, Gov. Gboyega Oyetola who was represented by his Deputy Mr Benedict Alabi made this charge in his office on Monday 28th of  October, 2019 while welcoming the 78 regular intake from the state of Osun that are newly passed out training in to the Nigeria Army in Zaria.

The Governor stated that it's a great privilege for them and the state of Osun to have 78 regular intake in to the Nigeria Army that come across the local governments of the state. He urged them to see it as a call to service and the beginning of a very long journey to them.

Gov. Oyetola urged them not to see their uniform as a terrorising instrument but as the symbol to protect the people and the nation at large without being biased.

He reinstate the government  commitment to enhance and empower security for the betterment and comfort of the people.

The Governor also encouraged them to be more faithful either Christian, Muslim, or Traditionalist, they should always know that their God must be respected and He must be their to protect them.

"The state was highly interested in your recruitment and in your training while you were their for support that required and we are happy to welcome you back home. The only thing you can give back to the state is to be our good ambassadors. Let them know you for disciplines, and hardworking. That is the way you too can get to the top. Our prayer will always be with you, wherever you go, you must come back by the grace of  God." Governor Oyetola concluded.

Earlier, Pr. Ajigbotosho Adeshewa who spoke on behalf of the 78 regular intake commended the state government on their involvement in the process and their accurate support during the training.

"On behalf of the 78 regular intake that just finished our training from deport NA, I thank  Governor Gboyega Oyetola for his support from the beginning to the end. He really tried for us. We're very grateful to him. We're very proud that we come from the state of Osun." She said.
